The customer is left with no explanation of what caused it, no idea whether it's likely to come back, and no sense of whether the work was the right call or just the quickest one. The invoice arrives and that's the end of the relationship.

THe Team
Your Local Drainage is run by Kez and Luke alongside a team of engineers. Every member of the team is trained in drainage survey, jetting, and repair work — and every job is carried out to the same standard, whether it's a straightforward drain unblock or a no-dig pipe relining job on a period property.
We carry public liability insurance and employer's liability insurance. All engineers are trained and vetted before they work on behalf of Your Local Drainage.

Every repair job Your Local Drainage carries out is backed by a workmanship guarantee of up to 10 years. This covers drain relining, structural pipe repairs, patch lining, and soakaway installations - the work where quality of execution matters most, and where you need to know that if something is not right, we'll come back and fix it.
The guarantee is straightforward: if a defect in our workmanship causes a problem within the guarantee period, we return and resolve it at no additional cost. We don't ask customers to prove the fault - if there's a clear workmanship issue, we deal with it.
What the guarantee covers:

- Any defect in the materials and methods we used to carry out your repair
- Any failure of our workmanship within the guarantee period
What it does not cover:
- Fair wear and tear
